Celtic Soccer Academy Course Terms of Enrolment

  1. All initial registrations/applications must be made on the application form and signed by a parent or guardian for players under the age of 18 or by the player if they are aged 18 or over.
  2. Confirmation of enrolment will be forwarded to a course member on receipt of an application form/Telephone booking, on receipt of the appropriate fee.  Payment of the fee will be considered as a course member’s acceptance of these conditions of enrolment.
  3. Applications are processed on a first come, first served basis. Celtic reserves the right to reject any application. Although applications will be accepted up to course commencement, it should be noted that a course will be cancelled if there are insufficient applications 7 days prior to commencement. Should any course be filled to capacity on receipt of an application then a waiting list will be implemented.
  4. Participants in a course may be granted a priority booking window for future Celtic Soccer Academy course(s). Further information will be provided to the participant’s parent/guardian via email.”
  5. All fees must be paid in full prior to course commencement for holiday programme and residential courses.  Fees for term time weekly coaching sessions are paid monthly, failure to pay monthly fees for 2 or more consecutive months may result in the player being suspended from the programme.
  6. The Club reserves the right to cancel or amend the arrangements for any course.  In this event, any course member unable to transfer to an alternative course will be issued with a full refund, and the Club will not be responsible for further compensation.
  7. Cancellation of the Celtic Player Development Academy weekly programme must be provided in writing providing 30 days notice.  Payments will cease after the 30 days notice period and any fees unpaid at this point will still be due to the club. Intimation of cancellation of a holiday programme booking on a course member’s part must be given in writing, and if received by the Club at least 7 days prior to the course commencement, a full refund will be issued.  If cancellation occurs within 7 days before commencement, the course fee will not be refunded unless the vacant place is filled or at the clubs discretion.
  8. The participants and coaches are covered by the company’s Public Liability Insurance only. Participants, Parents/Guardians may wish to take out private and personal accident insurance and any other insurance cover deemed necessary.
  9. The course member agrees to abide by the rules laid down by the Club and its staff, including complying with the player code of conduct. The parent/guardian of players aged 18 years and under also agree to abide by the parents’ charter.
  10. Course members are expected to behave in a reasonable manner and to attend on time.  Celtic may suspend or remove a participant from a course if that participant misbehaves, is disruptive, aggressive or refuses to follow the reasonable and lawful instructions of Celtic or its staff conducting courses.
  11. Video or still photographs of your child may be taken and used in future marketing materials for example Celtic View, Celtic website, Celtic TV etc. If you do not wish your child to be photographed and or videoed, please inform us in writing at the time of application (not applicable to players aged 18 and over).
